Beezema Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Because orders are processed and shipped quickly, you must request a cancellation on the same day you place your order or before your package has shipped out.

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.

  • If the order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return once you receive the item (see return policy below).

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@beezema.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.


Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, whether it’s your 1st, 2nd, or 3rd month — there is no commitment.

We send a confirmation email 2 days before every renewal so you always know when your next charge is coming.

  • If you cancel before your subscription renews, you will not be charged again.

  • Once a renewal processes, the sale becomes final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Please make sure to cancel before your renewal date if you no longer wish to receive the product. You will receive two reminder emails before the charge goes through.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

A flat rate of $20.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Final Sale Items

We currently do not offer any final-sale items — all standard products are eligible for return unless listed as a non-returnable item below.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item:

  • Is defective

  • Is damaged

  • Or if you received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

(We currently do not sell “final sale” items.)

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • With tags

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
