1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (sales, holidays, high demand), processing times may be slightly longer.
Note: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details.

We do not currently ship to other international destinations.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on the carrier, destination, and external factors (weather, customs, etc.).
Once your order is shipped, typical delivery times are:

United States (contiguous U.S.):
5–8 business days after dispatch -
United States (Alaska, Hawaii, remote areas):
5–10 business days after dispatch -
Canada:
5–12 business days after dispatch (customs may add delays)
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and any promotions running at the time of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the website and/or at checkout.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier first scans the package.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@beezema.com with your order number.
6. Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Lost packages due to wrong address entry

Additional fees or delays caused by address issues
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up:

We may contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply), or

Process a refund minus original shipping costs once the item is safely returned and inspected.
7. Risk of Loss & Damaged Shipments
Once we hand your order over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you (this matches our Terms of Service).
If your package arrives damaged:

The outer packaging

The shipping label

The damaged product(s)

Contact us at support@beezema.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos.
We will review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other solution.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Your mailbox and around your property

With neighbors or building management

Wait 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark a package delivered slightly early.

If still not found, contact the carrier directly to open a missing package claim.
After that, you can also reach out to us at support@beezema.com with your claim/reference number and order number. While we’ll do our best to help, Beezema is not liable for packages that are confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.
9. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (Canada)
For Canadian orders:

Your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees charged by your local government.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price at checkout.

Delays at customs are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.
